研究方向:会计与金融、资本市场、ESG（环境、社会和公司治理）、国际财务报告准则、公司治理。拥有15年的学术和行业经验，其中包括四年半的博士后学习经历。于土耳其伊兹密尔经济大学获得博士学位，并在中国西安交通大学获得博士后学位。巴基斯坦公共财政会计师协会(PIPFA)的准会员。拥有超过15年的教学和研究经验，教学对象包括本科生和研究生，擅长教授《会计学原理》、《财务会计I和II》、《财务报表分析》、《成本会计》、《管理会计》、《会计信息系统》和《逻辑思维与表达》等课程。研究旨在促进会计和金融领域的知识进步，对新兴市场会计准则、资本市场、ESG考虑因素和公司治理实践之间复杂的相互作用有更深入的理解。目前，他正在研究不同治理参数对“漂绿”行为和数字化转型的影响。在知名期刊(包括ABS3、SSCI和ABDC排名期刊)上发表了大量文章，并致力于继续在这些领域进行严谨和有影响力的研究。到目前为止，总计发表了25篇以上的文章和著作。

He has 15 years of academic and industry experience including 4.5 years post Ph.D. He earned his post doctorate from Xi'an Jiaotong University, China, and a doctoral degree from the Izmir University of Economics, Turkey.He is also an Associate member of the Pakistan Institute of Public Finance Accountants (PIPFA). With over 15 years of teaching and research experience, he has developed expertise in teaching Principles of Accounting, Financial Accounting I & II, Financial Statement Analysis, Cost Accounting, Management Accounting, Accounting Information Systems (AIS) and Logical Thinking & Expressions courses at undergraduate and graduate levels.His research aims to contribute to the advancement of knowledge in the fields of Accounting and Finance, with deeper understanding of the complex interplay between accounting standards, capital markets, ESG considerations, and corporate governance practices in emerging markets. He believes that this research is not only important for advancing our theoretical understanding of these issues, but also has practical implications for policymakers, investors, and businesses operating in these markets. He has published extensively in reputable journals (including ABS3, SSCI, and ABDC ranking journals), and he is committed to continuing to produce rigorous and impactful research in these areas.Overall, he has more than 25 publications to his name.
